The Little Optimist goes on another adventure and sails to the mouth of the Berg River.
It was a HOT day in January, and due to some car problems and no way home that day, we launched just up from Veldrift and sailed SW past Port Owen, Laaiplek and to where the Berg River meets the great Atlantic Ocean. Quaint little villages, fishing harbours, birds, mud, old schooners, fishing trawlers, tide, more mud, fish, a crazy dog, a happy pelican and 1001 flamingo’s ….
What a happy day , what a happy Little Optimist. Boldly went, where no optimist has been before. A little believer with a HUGE Heart.
