A special group of children experienced the joy of sailing, learned a few life lessons, and got a dose of inspriation at the Zeekoevlei Yacht Club on Saturday 6 April.

With our partners and friends we are going to make this a special place of education, inspiration and healing for #atriskyouth in the community.
Massive thanks and respect must go to Pastor Vernon who is the pillar of strength and the beacon of light in this community. We are honoured to work with him and his team and are inspired by his love and dedication to helping the marginalised youth in the area.

Less than 10% of marginalised children in the Western Cape, who need mental health support, have access to it. That means 90% have no access to any kind of positive mental health intervention.

Our goal at #thelittleoptimisttrust is to change those stats by beautifying so many marginalised places of healing and learning and by offering FREE #sailingtherapy at multiple locations around South Africa.
